The Will of God and your Calling for your life?

I often struggled when asked “What are the will, and calling of God for my life? Do you have the same struggle? Let me share the revelation of the Word of God that offers clarity for me on these two important questions.
In John 4:43 Jesus replied to His disciples when urged to take some food, “Jesus said to them, “My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me, and to finish His work.”” So what is the will of God for Jesus and what is work in the context of this verse?
The will of God as explained by Jesus in Matthew 6:10 when He taught His disciple how to pray. “Your kingdom come. Your will be done. On earth as it is in heaven.” So the Will of God for His Son Jesus is to bring His kingdom in heaven and it characteristics down to earth.
The “work” God gave to Jesus is explained in John 17:4 “I have glorified You on the earth. I have finished the work which You have given Me to do.” Jesus declared that He has brought glory to His Father God through completion of the work Father God gave to Him.
So what is this “work” that Jesus has completed? Certainly not going to Calvary to be crucified and to shed His precious blood to pay for our sins? This event has not taken place at the time when Jesus made this declaration to His Father. So by deduction, going to the “Cross” for the “Salvation” of mankind is not the work that Jesus referred to in John 17:4.
The work Jesus has finished is to disciple the twelve as recorded in John 17:6-19. He gave us the 7 pointers to make disciples: –
In these verses, (1) Jesus “manifested” Father God to His twelve disciples (John 17:6a), (2) Jesus’ disciples were given by God to Him (John 17:6b), (3) these disciples belong to Father God (John 17:9b), (4) Jesus kept His disciples and “none of them was lost except for the son of perdition, that Scripture might be fulfilled” (John 17:12b), (5) Jesus taught His disciples the Word of God “I have given them Your word” (John 17:14a), (6) Jesus prayed for His disciples (John 17:15) and finally (7) Jesus sent His disciples into the world as Father God had sent Him to the world (John 17:18).
So the will of Jesus is to bring the characteristics of the kingdom of God in heaven down to earth. Heaven invades earth and not the other way! The Kingdom of God in Heaven comes to earth is the will Father God gave to His Son Jesus. The process of effecting this is through the work of His Son Jesus. The work of Jesus is to disciple the twelve on earth and to send them into the world.
We are joint heir with Jesus (Romans 8:16-18a) “The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and joint-heirs with Christ”. God has given us the same will and calling He gave His Son Jesus. Father God’s will for you and I, is to bring the kingdom of heaven to earth by doing the work modeled by Jesus.
My calling is to make disciples to accomplish the will of Father God has given to me. In this process, I am impacting the kingdom of this world by bringing down from heaven the kingdom of God. My vocation on earth is in business and banking and my calling is to disciple and impact those men and women whom God gives to me in the course of vocation and my life journey on earth.
Finally, Jesus commissioned you and me in Matthew 28:19-10 “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.”
